女王和 Paddington 熊仔嘅窩心短片，係喺白金禧慶典最後一日嘅意外驚喜。
但之前看的是一分鐘的短片，其實有這兩分半鐘版本更值得細味
開始時，是管家在茶水間將杯碟和紅色金絲套子用托盤捧著，穿過金碧輝煌的大廳。
正面近看紅套的飾紋扭成兩朵金花。
管家來到正廳放好盤子，揭起紅套，原來是套著一大花瓷茶壺。枱上另放一份朱古力吐司。
放好茶杯，鏡頭上望，看到是柏靈頓小熊在坐。小熊說，多謝請來作伴，希望你有個可愛的禧年紀念。
女王回應 "Tea？" 喝茶嗎？小熊說好。跟著拿起茶壺就把壺嘴放口中咕嚕咕嚕猛喝！
女王看到，就只嘴巴微合，眨一眨眼。管家合起左掌，掐掐下頷。
小熊驟然望望管家，後者稍稍向右側睄一下。小熊醒起沒給女王倒茶，說了句 "terribly sorry", 卻發覺已給喝到只倒出涓滴。
女王笑說，"never mind", 不打緊。小熊卻因站在椅上俯身太前，斗然失重心，就如玩雜耍般差點摔跌茶壺。但慌亂間一手按在朱古力吐司上，裡面的忌廉都噴到管家臉上。
管家依舊挺立，沒揩拭，只面上抽搐一下。女王始終微笑著。
"Oh dear", 小熊發覺整份下午茶給他搞砸了。他提議女王吃他的一份柑橘醬三文治，說他常帶著以防萬一。
"Perhaps you would like a marmalade sandwich. I always keep one for emergencies."
這下可令人發呆了！女王說 "So do I", 原來我也有哩，就在手袋內拿出兩片三文治向小熊示意。"I keep mine in here"
小熊恍然大悟，哦原來女王和我都會如此！
女王補充， "…for later"，等一下才吃吧。
然後管家向外一看（這時臉上忌廉已抹走了），窗外歡呼喧鬧聲大作 ，民眾雀躍揮舞小國旗，他提示女王陛下派對快將開始，"The party is about to start, your majesty"
這時小熊莊重脫帽致意，"Happy Jubilee, ma'am" （他一直未有以 majesty 稱呼女王）， "and thank you for everything"
而女王和藹地淡淡然說句 "That's very kind"
卻不像某前殖民地一個東方城市的快將卸任的巿長，如何誇讚自己的努力，抱怨她「含辛茹苦不足為外人道」！
外面鼓樂隊在表演，民眾高舉雙手打拍子，而室內女王和小熊也拿茶匙敲著杯碟和應。
最後鏡頭宏觀外面典禮場面作結。

首先第一個感覺是女王營造開明形象，王室的威嚴仍是有的，管家臉上髒了，也不便失態。但小熊和女王就像平常朋友交往一樣，小熊雖禮貌周周，但他平常都如是，言詞上沒有刻意特別敬畏。
而行為上更符合柏靈頓熊周時闖禍的「論盡」個性。把茶壺嘴就直接放入口，就算是低下階層也不至如此啊！這絕對是粗野無禮。但女王以至管家都若無其事。
女王就像一個平常親切和藹的老太太，淡淡然的，偶然說上一兩句又恰到好處。
那小熊是否代表衣衫襤褸的勞苦大眾？

那個「請照顧這小熊」的温馨提示，原來是難民兒童頸項掛著的名牌。
正因這原故，黃世澤便說，這暗示英國準備收容庇蔭更多烏克蘭、香港這類家鄉遇上麻煩的人們。

公眾對此片的反應是空前熱烈。譬如 BBC 提及這女生，用水彩描繪女王和小熊手挽手的背影，甫放上社交媒體已經造成轟動。

女王的個人魅力依舊沒法擋。現今仍在世的英國人，自識性以來的記憶都是女王在位，伊利沙伯之前的王室是如何，已經無法想起了。而伊利沙伯二世，已是英王的同義詞。所以對英女王的崇敬，絕對是可以福蔭往後起碼一任君主。而我相信這極可能是威廉了。
